About The Position
The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) provides global intelligence, security, communications, and information operations in support of Army, Joint, and national-level missions. Headquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA, INSCOM operates in highly secure SCIF and SAP environments and maintains critical IT, C2, and network infrastructure across CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Command & Control Infrastructure Operations (C2IO) mission ensures uninterrupted delivery of networks, hardware, software, and communications capabilities that support worldwide intelligence operations. Manages enterprise IT Change Management in accordance with ITIL and INSCOM policy, ensuring all RFCs meet configuration, accreditation, and security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s + 4 years or Master’s + 2 years
- Experience with enterprise CM
- Understanding of Army IT policy and RMF
- TS/SCI required
Nice To Haves
- ITIL v4 certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Review/evaluate RFCs
- Maintain CM documentation, SOPs, and TTPs
- Support CAB/CEB processes
- Ensure accreditation/inspection readiness
- Coordinate changes with system owners
