Develop and execute the global contingent labor program roadmap in partnership with the MSP Prioritize delivery of near term or “quick win” objectives within the Contingent Labor Transformation while also making progress against longer term strategic priorities Develop a deep understanding of the unique requirements within each business unit around hiring and the procurement of labor and services Work with the MSP to deliver best in class service from the supply base, creating a culture of accountability, quality, and pride in the program Achieve significant value creation, cost savings (including redundancy reduction/tail spend control) with the ability to report out on key performance indicators to senior leadership. Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with internal business partners to understand requirements and ensure alignment. Build and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers, managing performance against KPIs, conducting business reviews, and driving continuous improvement.
