About The Position

Great Hill Solutions, LLC, a part of the Seneca Nation Group (SNG) portfolio of companies, is seeking a Program Manager in Arlington, VA. SNG is a federal government contracting business that serves federal civilian, defense, and intelligence community customers. This role will support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering, focusing on technology development, strategy, and testing in collaboration with leaders. Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance is required
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university majoring in one of the following: System Engineer, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physical Sciences, Software Engineering, Cyber Engineering, AI/ML Engineering
  • 10 years' experience managing, planning, developing major research, engineering and development efforts for defensive organizations
  • 10 years' experience as a lead or deputy manager for major technology programs
  • Expertise in managing full lifecycle technology design, manufacturing, integration and testing
  • Proven experience leading and managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs
  • 5 years' experience leading within a highly classified environment
  • Knowledge of DOW structure and collaborating with R&E program managers
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including experience briefing senior stakeholders
  • Experience with the DOW Defense Acquisition System

  • Experience establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders across DOW
  • Experience and knowledge in the field of EM/RF
