RESPONSIBILITIES Program Managers oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of major Integrated Product Support Services (IPSS) efforts in support of the client's mission. They ensure that all program activities align with lifecycle requirements, quality assurance expectations, and evolving government needs across multiple naval platforms and support environments. Program Managers are responsible for the full definition, organization, and direction of both short‑ and long‑range program plans. This includes: Leading the planning, integration, and oversight of IPSS activities such as maintenance, logistics, technology integration, training, data management, and regulatory compliance to ensure streamlined processes and reduced total cost of ownership throughout the product lifecycle. Coordinating resources, schedules, and technical milestones across multiple sub‑programs and task areas, ensuring alignment with quality assurance performance standards, government surveillance requirements, and mission objectives for ships, submarines, shore sites, and training facilities. Implementing risk management, quality control, and continuous improvement practices to support government monitoring efforts, ensure contract compliance, and proactively identify and resolve performance issues that may impact mission readiness. Program Managers serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, timely reporting, and consistent adherence to the quality assurance framework. They guide technical approaches, negotiate resource needs, and maintain control of program budgets, costs, and deliverables to ensure high‑quality, mission‑aligned performance.
