Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Electronic Systems Directorate (AFLCMC/HB). The HB Front Office Group provides enterprise-level operational, security, and program execution support to the HB Directorate, including the HBO (Operations Management), HBY (Information Protection), and HBX (Program Execution) divisions. This group enables the effective execution of the Directorate’s mission by delivering comprehensive administrative oversight, information protection, acquisition program management support, and strategic reporting functions. The organization supports the Program Executive Officer (PEO), Directorate leadership, and 14 subordinate divisions by ensuring compliance with federal policies and Department of the Air Force regulations while maintaining efficient business operations, security programs, and acquisition oversight. The team manages a broad portfolio of responsibilities including operational tasking management, training and personnel administration, information protection and physical security programs, acquisition reporting, portfolio analytics, and enterprise collaboration tools. Through the integration of operational management, security governance, and acquisition program analysis, the HB Front Office Group facilitates informed leadership decision-making, ensures mission readiness for inspections and assessments, and supports the successful execution and reporting of Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) programs. Their work enables the Directorate to maintain accountability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the HB enterprise while supporting critical Air Force acquisition and mission support activities. This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA and is 5 days a week onsite.
