About The Position

Are you ready to lead a mission-critical program that directly supports the nation’s warfighters and intelligence professionals? Peraton’s Defense Intelligence Solutions (DIS) Operating Unit is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to take the helm of our SITE III Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) Community of Interest (COI) Task Order.

Requirements

• Proven Leader: Bachelor’s degree in an area relevant to the position with 12+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years as a PM in the Intelligence Community.
• Mission-Driven: Deep understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and intelligence operations.
• Clearance Ready: Active TS/SCI with active polygraph or ability to obtain a polygraph
• Strategic Thinker: Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• PMP certification and Security+ (or equivalent).
• Experience with DIA CIO, JIOC, and intelligence collection management.
• Agile/SAFe software development program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Vision: Oversee technical, schedule, and cost performance for a major program, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and customer expectations.
• Grow the Business: Identify and execute on-contract growth opportunities, defend positions during recompetes, and play an active role in major proposals.
• Drive Innovation: Maintain and enhance JIOC applications while shaping future capabilities to eliminate redundancies and improve effectiveness.
• Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, develop, and lead technical and professional staff to deliver excellence.
• Own Financial Success: Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance to ensure program profitability.
• Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Partner with leaders across IS&A and NP Business Units to deliver consistent messaging and customer success.
