The Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is seeking a Program Manager to enhance services for runaway, homeless, and unstably housed youth in New York City. This role is integral to the Every Child and Family Is Known (ECFIK) initiative and the COMPASS expansion, aiming to provide coordinated, trauma-informed, and developmentally appropriate support to high-need youth and their families. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing contract management, ensuring program quality, and monitoring provider performance across various RHY programs, which include crisis services, transitional living programs, drop-in centers, and community-based supports. The position requires close collaboration with Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), city partners, and internal DYCD units to uphold safety, compliance, and youth development standards, while also integrating cross-system supports for youth facing complex challenges.
