About the role: We are looking for a driven and proactive Program Manager to manage the development of our products. As a Program Manager, you will manage the scope of work, resources, budget, risks, and schedule. You will monitor projects from initiation through delivery and interface with internal team members. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Program Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Aerospace or technical programmatic background preferred
  • PMP Certification
  • Highly proficient with MS Project and Project Online Server
  • Excellent understanding of the business case and cost-benefit analysis
  • Strong knowledge of engineering product life cycle management in a systems engineering framework
  • Familiar with RACI matrix and understand how to perform stakeholder analysis and management

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility and accountability for the project deliverables and outcomes.
  • Organize and lead project activities and IPT meetings; ensure communication facilitates completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints
  • Develop detailed project plan, budget, and task management to achieve task order objectives
  • Perform detailed project tracking and produce insights into program performance though earn value metrics from programmatic data sets derived from cost, time, schedule and budget
  • Identification of program variance to plan, formulate actions plans to keep top level milestones on track though identification and management of the critical part
  • Identify and manage programmatic risk and recognize when problems occur, bring the right people together to solve them with the proper sense of urgency
  • Interface with cross functional teams across the company
  • Provide status on progress toward objectives to management and team members
