About The Position

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an Program Manager to work for our company. Summary: Client Agency is Customs & Border Protection Will plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the contractor organization assigned to the Government. Duties and responsibilities include managing daily operations and planning the use of labor; and materials if required. Will oversee projects and has supervisory experience. Interacts with government management personnel. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, procedures, conduct simplification and measurement studies, and prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Reports in writing and orally to contractor management and government representatives, including the government contracting officer. Expert in project development, management, control of funds and resources, and management of multiple tasks. Participates as high-level technical expert in design, development and significant enhancements to existing software. Manages Program Control duties including contract, finance and program measurement. Works with technical staff to produce quality deliverables. The candidate must have strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Customs and Border Protection suitability. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in an IT-related field
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong communication skills
