Our ball screws, ball splines, gears, and electromechanical linear/rotary actuators are custom designed to fit virtually any application with superior performance, quality and precision. In fact, our actuation solutions are installed on some of the most advanced aircraft, missile applications and mission-critical space exploration systems in the world, featuring the latest in motion control technology. With a strong focus on custom precision manufacturing processes with machining automation and techniques, we aim to remain the best value producer of complex and precision Aerospace & Defense components. The Program Manager will manage large, complex program initiatives involving cross-functional teams, implement strategies, oversee collaboration, and define success metrics. They will also manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program, analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and deliver presentations to customers and executive management. The role involves participating in the negotiation of contracts, contract changes, and scheduling milestones, and cultivating customer relationships to develop further opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
  • Experience in leading the performance of tasks on schedule.
  • Experience as a team lead, account manager, or program manager.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Program or Project Management in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Direct work experience with Aerospace OEMs such as Boeing, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Demonstrated experience with developing bids and subsequent contract launches.
  • Experience working in an environment with competing priorities and immediate turnaround times.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead a cross-functional team and communicate effectively with leadership.
  • Ability to execute and control program plans.
  • Ability to resolve disputes and negotiate while maintaining good relationships with customers.
  • Critical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to always lead by example and insistent on ethical behavior.
