Core Responsibilities Leadership, Management & Accountability Developing & Maintaining Key External Partnerships Ensuring Compliance with Funder Requirements Developing & Executing Strategy for Program Expansion Measuring & Reporting Client Impact Data What will you be doing in your role? Leadership, Management & Accountability Meet often with each individual on your team to ensure that they understand the value of their role and the expectations for their role as well as how their performance is measured against those expectations. Lead team members in the application of a problem-solving framework that promotes steady client progress. Set goals with staff to integrate areas for growth. Developing & Maintaining Key External Partnerships Based on data, you will develop and execute strategies for program expansion. Build and maintain strong community partnerships to ensure a robust referral network. Serve as a key external representative of the program, fostering collaborative relationships that enhance service delivery and client outcomes. Ensuring Compliance with Funder Requirements Monitor program performance to ensure compliance with funder requirements. Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting by program staff. Developing & Executing Strategy for Program Expansion Identify opportunities to scale services, launch new initiatives, or enhance program offerings based on client need. Use client, program, and community data to develop and execute strategic plans for program growth and expansion. Measuring & Reporting Client Impact Data You work collaboratively with other CCFW programs to ensure coordination of client services. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2+ year's experience in leading a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with volunteers in a Catholic parish or ministry environment strongly preferred.
  • Public speaking experience a plus

Benefits

  • Full-time salaried position, with a starting salary of $60,000, based on the minimum requirements. of the job requirements above.
