In this role, the Research Program and Project Manager will contribute specialized expertise in human-subjects research coordination, qualitative and mixed-methods research design, stakeholder engagement, research ethics, and implementation of patient-centered translational studies. The individual will support complex clinical research programs by coordinating regulatory and operational workflows, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration across investigators, clinical teams, and institutional partners, and contributing to study design, participant-facing materials, recruitment and retention planning, informed-consent processes, and research communication. The role also includes management and synthesis of qualitative, survey, and project-process data to generate operational recommendations, support grant and manuscript development, and strengthen the translation of clinical research innovations into effective hospital-based research practice. This work requires advanced training in social science, public health, public policy, management, or a related field with demonstrated capacity in research methods, institutional process analysis, and project leadership. Job Profile Summary Summary Responsible for the management of multiple clinical research studies and the direct hiring and supervision of Clinical Research Coordinators. Serves as the key liaison with the sponsor, IRB, core laboratories, site P.I.'s, as well as all levels of study staff. Will also coordinate trial initiation, patient recruitment, and expedite project approval and study start-up time. Responsibilities also include participation in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for the projects, developing advertising strategies to support recruitment activities, oversee budget management and subcontracts with associated institutions.
