About The Position

Living Innovations began providing services for people with disabilities in 1996 in New Hampshire through our first Shared Living home. We provide Shared Living and Direct Support opportunities for individuals who live in New Hampshire’s central and southern regions, and we are growing every day. Our services are designed to build community connections and enhance quality of life for the people we support. These align with the priorities, needs and desires of each person while using best practices and exceeding state requirements. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Program Manager to oversee our services in New Hampshire This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, choice, and inclusion within the community. The Program Manager is responsible for fostering cultural alignment while supporting a team of service coordinators and providers. Prior experience successfully leading teams providing service oversight within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) community is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will need supervisory experience, excellent organizational skills, and a track record of leadership. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams providing service oversight within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) community or in a related field?
  • Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
  • Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the individual intake process and caseload allocation.
  • Supervise and support service coordinators, ensuring quality care and support for individuals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
