About The Position

We are seeking an entry-level Program Manager to join the Portfolio Business Unit’s program management team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of programs that align with the organization’s strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders, to help ensure programs stay on track, meet quality expectations, and follow established processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn program management fundamentals, contribute to team operations, and grow into greater ownership over time. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a commitment to improving processes and supporting successful program delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  • Legal Authorization to work in the US - visa sponsorship will not be provided

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day to day project activities, schedules, and task assignments.
  • Track progress, risks, and issues; escalate when needed.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Support cross-functional teams by gathering requirements and clarifying expectations.
  • Assist with resource planning, budgeting inputs, and timeline updates.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Help ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and team workflows.
