About the Role The Account Management role is accountable for owning and driving retention and growth in strategic accounts. The Account Management role owns and nurtures relationships with key client decisions, develops strategic account plans by proactively identifying opportunities to expand services, and positions Magnit as an indispensable partner to the client. The Account Manager will work cross-functionally with other Magnit delivery and support teams to maximize customer satisfaction on their accounts. Scope may be regional or global, and services may encompass some or all of Magnit’s offerings (MSP/EOR/VOP/VMS/Services Procurement). Location: This role will work a hybrid schedule in Plano, TX. The schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday worked onsite and Monday, Friday can be worked remotely.
