About The Position

As a Program Manager at Keel Midwest, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of one or more major programs within the organization, including but not limited to budget, schedule creations, program oversight, communications both internal and with customers, utilizing financial measurement tools, and coordinating manufacturing and quality assurance efforts, all while adhering to the schedule based on the contract. You will perform contract management functions on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
• Five (5) years of management experience.
• Five (5) years of managing 10+ employees in a production environment preferred.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
• Strong experience in expediting, planning, problem solving and executing plans.
• Fluent computer skills including Excel, Word, Visio, Project, etc.
• Ability to track programs through Encompix
• Ability to communicate, organized, self-motivated, and business accounting skills.
• Strong communication skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to write plans and reports.
• Team player, confident, motivated and trustworthy.
• Able to manage deadlines and multitask.

Nice To Haves

• Five (5) years of managing 10+ employees in a production environment preferred.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
