The mission of the SSTL Program Manager is to never miss a milestone, the SSTL Program manager OWNS the delivery of all HWE Components for Every Top Hat Vehicle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and with the right maturity (Quality and Scope) from Project Kick-Off through Series Production.

Requirements

  • Min 5 years in an Automotive Tier 1 experience in Project Management / Quality Management preferably in Body Electronics (BCM, DCM, RFHUB-Access Systems)
  • Competency in Advanced Product Quality Planning & Control Plan (APQP), Product Part Approval Process (PPAP), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Deep Knowledge of ASPICE
  • Intercultural/Multi-Disciplinary Competence (network)
  • Root Cause analysis (Technical and non-technical topics)
  • General Analytical skills
  • Communication/Negotiation
  • Know-how of Organization and Operation
  • Product know-how (can be developed over time)
  • Proactivity/Curiosity/Problem Solving
  • Project Management/Time Management

Responsibilities

  • Single point Contact for Vehicle program team and plant issues for components in our scope.
  • Facilitate Multidisciplinary Problem Resolution
  • Lead reporting to project team for everything in our scope.
  • Create/maintain EE Bom Specific for Top Hat (ensure Accuracy and completeness)
  • Coordinate Review and follow up development activities of components and data files to match Top Hat Milestone
  • Ensure adequate packaging of components and coordinate development with interfacing components.
  • Balance quality, cost timing and performance to resolve conflicts of requirements and reduce diversity. Support Complexity reduction and Value optimization activities
  • Define components and support Homologation mock-ups.
  • Coordinate Calibration activities to ensure proper implementation into top hat.
  • Provide status reports of Program development and release status.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during build phases.
  • Solve any issues that arise and no one else is available to deal with.
  • Program Risk assessment
  • Tier 1 supplier management
