Job Description: This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive materials and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities. The candidate will operate within the centralized Global Technology Enablement team under GT Business Management & Controls and support GT Employee Engagement. This role is pivotal in shaping business strategy, managing early talent programs, driving employee engagement routines, and executing diverse strategic initiatives. Success in this position requires a business-focused mindset and the ability to adapt approaches to achieve optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of GT employee career pathway and role placement and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on early talent program and other organizational strategies. A working knowledge of general bank policies, programs, procedures, and practices is essential.
