As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a Head of Business Enablement and Program Management, you will serve as a pivotal strategic partner, driving the organization's operational excellence and strategic execution. You will lead the annual planning cycle, including goal setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), resource allocation, and budget alignment, and establishing the overall business to ensure fast decision-making and cross-functional alignment. You will own and manage the Balance of Trade (BoT) program, identifying where Google’s global spend can create leverage for reciprocal business partnerships. This requires close partnership with Sales/Go-to-Market teams, providing critical buy-side visibility and reporting on supplier spend and upcoming buy cycles. You will acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, analyzing data to provide strategic insights, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and leading high-impact, complex initiatives from concept to completion.
