Serve as the Single Source of Truth: Own the wholistic plan in order to effectively manage projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution. Act as a bridge across teams, connecting and facilitating clear communication, ensuring interdependencies are understood and planned for. Identify dependencies and escalate risks/trade-offs to internal and external stakeholders. Orchestrate Executive Governance: Own and orchestrate all executive governance forums for your programs (e.g., status meeting, monthly business reviews), ensuring timely, effective decision-making and strategic alignment at all levels. Drive Proactive Risk Resolution: Partner directly with key stakeholders to anticipate roadblocks and drive the development of robust mitigation plans, serving as the go-to leader for intervention on at-risk initiatives. Champion a Culture of Execution: Act as a change agent across the organization, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and execution excellence to ensure strategic projects deliver their intended value on time.
