Project management responsibilities include delivering projects on time within budget and scope. Project manager should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. The PM will interact with both Company internal resources and third party/vendor resources, as well as, coordinate activities across teams. Functional Requirements: This position provides overall management of the contractor’s performance under this contract. The Program Manager will be empowered by Contractor to make day-to-day decisions in support of this contract. Project Manager will serve as the primary contact point for both the Government’s COR and the Contractor’s employees. The Project Manager shall not work simultaneously as a contractor employee under any task order under the contract.
