Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required with 7 years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 11 years of relevant experience.
  • Inclusive of 5 years of relevant experience supporting defense acquisition program management offices.
  • Inclusive of 1 year of management experience.
  • Experience working with financial data (e.g., margins, invoicing, labor tracking).
  • Must be able to manipulate raw data independently using formulas, conditional formatting, and multi-sheet referencing in MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel formulas, macros, pivot tables, Power Query, and dashboarding.
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in accounting, finance, or operations analytics.
  • Experience managing subcontractor funding estimate and budget.
  • Experience as a Sharepoint administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of analysts to provide workforce and budget planning for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Operating Unit supporting over 400 employees across more than 20 projects.
  • Manage charge number hour allocation to the workforce for multiple projects.
  • Manage changes and updates to the contract rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimating model.
  • Manage annual budget planning and development of data for input to the Division Annual Operating Plan.
  • Manage structure cost budgeting, reporting, and analysis processes.
  • Manage budget allocations for KBR and subcontractor workforce for multiple projects.
  • Track actuals vs plan and provide monthly outlook reports.
  • Monitor key forecast metrics with the objective of continuously reducing forecast error.
  • Manage Purchase Requisition input and track process through award of the corresponding Purchase Order or modification.
  • Support contracted workforce CONUS and OCONUS travel and deployments.
