About The Position

As the Program Manager within the HR CDAO Workforce Insights Team, you will lead the execution of multiple data transformation programs. You will orchestrate delivery across various agile workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and fostering collaboration among HR, Finance, Tech, Data, Product, and Design teams. Your role involves coordinating delivery to meet milestones, managing dependencies, and developing detailed program plans to track progress and resolve issues proactively. You will facilitate regular meetings to ensure accountability and transparency, analyze success metrics and workforce data to inform decision-making, and craft compelling presentations for senior leadership using strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills. Additionally, you will promote the program roadmap forward, anticipate future talent implications, and support change management efforts for new processes and solutions. Championing agile principles, you will facilitate sprint planning, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate agile working groups to remove blockers and maintain focus on outcomes. You will work across the quad to promote the adoption of integrated solutions and oversee enhancements to critical workstream processes. Managing relationships and communications with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and leadership teams is also a key responsibility, ensuring engagement and information flow at each stage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in product, data, or HR transformation environments.
  • Ability to craft compelling presentations via PowerPoint that tell a clear, concise story to influence senior stakeholders to make informed decisions
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience facilitating agile workstreams.
  • Strong analytics & data visualization skills; ability to analyze metrics and present findings in a compelling manner.
  • Experience coordinating across Tech, Data, Product, and Design teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive outcomes with senior leadership.
