About The Position

RGP is seeking a highly motivated Travel & Expense Program Manager Consultant to lead and manage our corporate travel and expense (T&E) program. You will oversee all aspects of expense review, policy compliance, and reporting, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for employees while driving insights and process improvements.

Requirements

8+ years of experience managing corporate T&E programs.
Strong working knowledge of Brex.
Familiarity with travel booking tools and corporate card platforms.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage high transaction volumes.
Strong communication skills and comfort operating cross-functionally.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable policy recommendations.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team managing the end-to-end expense review and accounting process.
Oversee T&E policy management, spend controls, and budget administration within Brex.
Provide timely support and excellent customer service to employees regarding expense and travel-related inquiries.
Administer and maintain the T&E system (Brex), including user access and technical configurations.
Develop and analyze spend dashboards for leadership, identifying key trends, savings opportunities, and compliance risks.
Conduct regular T&E audits and compliance reviews to ensure strict adherence to company policies.
Lead employee education and communications to promote company values.
Drive process automation and system enhancements to streamline T&E review, reporting, and compliance management.
