About The Position

The Program Manager, Transformation Execution plays a key role in driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that support the company’s transformation agenda. This individual contributor manages cross‑functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes. The role partners closely with business units, operations, finance, IT, and the transformation office to execute initiatives that improve performance, strengthen processes, and support long‑term strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field preferred.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in project management, transformation, operations, consulting, or process improvement.
  • Strong project management skills across planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Lean, continuous improvement, problem-solving methods, or operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build KPIs and project dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Planner/Project, and Power BI.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority across multiple functions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Action-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technology-driven environments preferred (semiconductor is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Delivery Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects using structured project management methods.
  • Develop project charters, timelines, milestone plans, RAID logs, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, engineering, finance, HR, and IT.
  • Ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are managed effectively.
  • Work with sponsors and the transformation office to ensure each project aligns with enterprise strategy and annual priorities.
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable project plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify dependencies and escalate issues that may impact strategic delivery.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis, structured problem-solving (A3, 8D, PDCA), and data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with Finance to quantify benefits, baseline performance, and track realized results.
  • Identify process gaps or improvement opportunities during project execution.
  • Drive engagement with business units, operations, supply chain, quality, and corporate functions.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise communications and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support readiness assessments and change management activities for successful adoption.
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting required by the Transformation Office or PMO.
  • Ensure risks, issues, and decisions are documented and resolved promptly.
  • Support the Transformation Office’s portfolio reviews with high‑quality project updates.
