About The Position

Omada is seeking a Program Manager, Strategy and Operations to drive execution and operational alignment across its Clinical organization. This internally facing role sits on the Clinical Strategy and Operations team which consists of strategic programs managers and generalist operators that support multiple initiatives. This role will have a split focus: Clinical Team Operations – supporting the broader Clinical organization (composed of five teams) in strategic program management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Research Program Management – leading and supporting the operational aspects of Omada’s research initiatives, ensuring strong cross-functional project management and delivery across clinical studies and related activities. This individual supports general Clinical operations to ensure team effectiveness and various Clinical workstreams. In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations, you are part of a growing need at Omada of strong program managers/operators that manage team and initiative operations ensuring that our team is working collaboratively toward the same goals across the organization. Requirements

  • 5+ years of healthcare or life sciences experience (3+ with a Master’s)
  • Proven experience in program or project management of research or clinical initiatives
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • High attention to detail, particularly in reviewing clinical and materials content for accuracy
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a track record of driving continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in public health, business, or related field
  • Experience coordinating with external parties (consultants, research partners, or clients)
  • Strong grasp of operational planning, including annual planning cycles, OKRs, and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate team alignment: Run Clinical meetings by coordinating agendas, guiding discussions, and driving accountability on deliverables
  • Enable cross-functional communication and change management: Develop and oversee communication mechanisms to ensure visibility and alignment across teams
  • Plan meetings: Plan and manage Clinical team offsites, trainings, and workshops that connect strategy to day-to-day execution
  • Shape process and policy: Recommend process improvements and establish operational practices that increase efficiency and effectiveness across multiple disciplines
  • Represent strategic Clinical perspective: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and partners as needed while supporting small to medium projects
  • Lead research program management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and coordination for multiple research projects across the Clinical and Research teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
