Job Summary This position is the primary GTM sales operations partner for the regional senior leaders for Customer Success. You will leverage data and technology to support the sales organization, diagnose issues, and design solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Manages the development of global or GTM (Corp, Field, etc.) sales growth strategies with Sales Leaders to achieve Equinix Sales objectives
  • Engages with global or regional senior management to identify and prioritize key sales programs
  • Engages cross-functionally in strategy development with support functions (CSM, SE, SA)
  • Leads annual sales planning processes (e.g., segmentation and targeting, sales quotas, territory design, forecasting, account planning, etc.) for the largest Sales Region, GTM, or on a global basis
  • Leads global cross-functional programs (multiple interdependent projects) targeted at improving sales productivity
  • Determines accurate measures to evaluate program effectiveness and impact, makes long-term recommendations and implements them independently
  • Works independently and directly with Sales Leaders and Equinix executives
  • Manages reporting and dashboard production every quarter for global or global GTM-specific basis
  • Designs and enables dashboards within company reporting systems for an end-to-end process, leveraging external best practices and innovative approaches
  • Oversees modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate options that are seen as industry best practices/ true innovation
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to improve/automate new and existing sales operations processes for Sales Region and will share best practices across Sales Regions
  • Manages cross-functional teams across both sales and sales operations
  • Viewed as a thought leader / innovator on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and minimize variation
  • Represents the sales organization in Sales Operations related matters
  • Investigates complex issue escalations and provides timely response to sales teams
  • Signs off on process improvements and communicates to stakeholders
