About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in the retail sector, particularly in high volume, customer centric environments such as beverage, café, or quick service retail. This role leads multi workstream initiatives that improve operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, optimize technology investments, and strengthen overall retail business performance. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, excellent cross functional collaboration skills, and direct understanding of fast paced, high transaction stores where speed, accuracy, consistency, and scalable omni channel operations are essential. This includes expertise across digital ordering, mobile apps, loyalty, POS systems, and in store execution. Program Managers oversee daily program operations, manage risks and issues, guide communication, and ensure delivery quality. They plan, organize, monitor, and manage resources to achieve program goals efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 12 or more years of program or project management experience with strong exposure to retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, and ecommerce.
  • Deep understanding of retail fundamentals including POS, ERP, OMS, CRM or loyalty, inventory systems, workforce tools, and store operations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional initiatives across technology, operations, marketing, and franchise or licensed store networks.
  • Strong skills in data driven program management including KPI development, reporting frameworks, and analytics based decision making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities in complex, multi store environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with digital ordering platforms, mobile apps, POS systems, loyalty programs, or food and beverage automation is preferred.
