The Program Manager works with the Program Director of Regional Crisis Services to provide for overall management, supervision, and program development of the REACH YCTH. Ensures REACH Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or caregivers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with REACH services. Provides direct services to individuals served. $5,000 Sign on Bonus Starting Salary: $75,400-Depending on Experience Education Requirements: Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia DMAS approved Human Services related field, current enrollment in a clinical licensure track Master's program, and at least 5 years of experience working directly with individuals with DD/MH diagnoses is required. At least a Master's Degree in a Human Service related field and at least two years of experience working with individuals with DD/MH is preferred. At least 2 years of supervisory experience is required. State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure is preferred. If not licensed, current registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP is required. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
