About The Position

The Program Manager works with the Program Director of Regional Crisis Services to provide for overall management, supervision, and program development of the REACH YCTH. Ensures REACH Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or caregivers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with REACH services. Provides direct services to individuals served.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia DMAS approved Human Services related field
• Current enrollment in a clinical licensure track Master's program
• At least 5 years of experience working directly with individuals with DD/MH diagnoses is required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Current registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP is required.

Nice To Haves

• At least a Master's Degree in a Human Service related field
• At least two years of experience working with individuals with DD/MH
• State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure is preferred.
• Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
