About The Position

NRVCS is one of the largest employers in the NRV, and we are continuing to grow! Our team is looking for a Program Manager to join our New Horizons team. The Program Manager provides day-to-day management, supervision, and program development for the Residential Crisis Stabilization Program (New Horizons). This manager role provides direct clinical, programmatic, and administrative supervision and support to all program staff; in addition to overseeing appropriate completion of client and program records, facility staffing, quality improvement efforts, and facility management and maintenance. Directly monitors and providers client care, ensuring staff adhere to policy and procedure and standards for client care. Develops and maintains working relationships with clients, clients' families, other Community Services Board (CSB) programs, and stakeholders. Provides direct clinical services to individuals, groups, and families as needed. Starting Salary: $85,840-Depending on Experience

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related Human Services field is required.
  • At least three years of experience providing direct clinical services, preferably in a community-based mental health setting is required.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist with the State of Virginia is required.
