Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Location: Supprotive Housing Dept-310 NW 6th Ave, Portland, OR 97209 Salary: $65 - $91K SUMMARY: The Program Manager for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is responsible for direct oversight, development and supervision of the staff supporting residents in PSH, including Case Managers, Peers, and Resident Services Coordinators. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of program improvements and system changes within CCC’s permanent housing. This position is responsible for outcomes management. This position has a large role in ensuring the connectedness between both housing and CCC services and will work strategically across departments to ensure residents are accessing care that meets their specific needs.
