Weâre looking for a Program Manager, People to support the design, delivery, and evolution of people programs across HighLevel. This role is focused on program execution, operational excellence, and scalable delivery. The People Program Manager owns U.S. benefits and rewards & recognition design and administration while also supporting People PMO initiatives and flexing into ad hoc projects as business priorities evolve. This is a blend of design and hands-on execution meant for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to People initiatives.
