About The Position

We’re looking for a program manager who thrives in high-velocity, high-ownership environments. You’ll work with stakeholders across Talent, Finance, IT, and Engineering to shape our hiring, onboarding, and lifecycle processes, define and build infrastructure to empower drive data-decision decision making, and scale processes for the next chapter of the company's growth. • A problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and has a bias for action

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve processes across Talent and People Ops, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and build systems and automations that eliminate repetitive manual work, improve handoffs, and keep data clean as the company scales.
  • Own data integrity across Talent and People systems, proactively identifying gaps and failure points before they impact reporting, compliance, or trust.
  • Define and maintain core metrics and consistent definitions across teams, with lightweight governance that keeps reporting accurate and comparable over time.
  • Build dashboards and recurring reports that enable leaders and partners to self-serve people and talent insights quickly and reliably.
  • Turn messy data into clear insights and recommendations, translating trends into actions leaders can take to improve speed, quality, and organizational health.
