The Senior People Insights & Analytics Manager is the strategic translator of our workforce data. You will bridge the gap between "what the data says" and "what the business does." In this role, you will partner closely with the Total Rewards and People leadership teams interpreting complex compensation and sentiment data to build narratives that drive action. You will operationalize these insights—equipping Employee Success Partners and managers with the intelligence they need to make better decisions about pay, retention, and culture. You will act as a consultant to the business, answering the critical "So what?" behind our compensation and employee experience data.
