About The Position

You will be supporting packaging programs from concept through mass production. This role partners closely with cross -functional teams to develop packaging structure and visual design while managing schedules, files, and approvals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail -oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast -paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in program/project management, packaging, or graphic design
• Experience managing schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
• High attention to detail for reviewing and quality -checking files
• Familiarity with BOMs, documentation systems, or packaging workflows
• Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of packaging or graphic design is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging programs from concept to production
• Coordinate packaging structure and artwork development with cross -functional teams
• Create and manage work orders for packaging artwork files
• Maintain packaging BOMs, file routing, annotations, corrections, and approvals
• Track program schedules, build plans, and deliverables
• Support packaging reliability testing with engineering teams
• Coordinate packaging samples, shipping, and supplier development
• Create purchase orders and support invoice approvals
