About The Position

Our marketing team is charged with an important task – sharing our Staples story. We use customer data and analytics to help us understand and improve our customers’ experiences, drive customer retention and encourage brand loyalty. Our team is diverse, with skillsets and responsibilities ranging from graphic design, content creation and performance marketing to internal communications and loyalty & rewards programs. We work together to provide expertise and guidance, so that the Staples brand is well represented in all areas. The Program Manager, Loyalty, is responsible for developing and implementing coordinated marketing strategies targeting OMNI loyalty members throughout their customer journey. They will lead with customer data and insights to develop plans that deliver a cohesive customer experience across touchpoints including email, site, SMS, direct mail, Push, store, & more. This role reports to and supports the Loyalty Marketing Manager, working closely with multiple teams including marketing operations, creative, loyalty operations, site, analytics, and more to bring campaigns to market and measure performance against multiple KPIs.

Requirements

  • A cross-functional collaborator who can build alignment across internal teams to drive shared goals and strategy. Also has the ability to work well independently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized individual with proven project management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at one time, pivots quickly to changing priorities and campaign timelines.
  • 5+ years of related marketing experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and hit deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing
  • Previous experience in Loyalty Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of loyalty marketing campaigns across OMNI channels, driving member engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with loyalty operations, analytics, and customer insights to gather inputs and ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Work with a creative team to develop compelling campaign assets that resonate with members.
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns on launch dates, ensuring accuracy and quality across all channels.
  • Monitor campaign workflows and timelines, flagging potential issues or delays, for resolution.
  • Stay informed on loyalty program trends and best practices to support continuous program improvement.
