About The Position

As Learning Center Program Manager you will own the strategy, learning structure, content governance, and measurable business impact of Hajoca’s Leadership Academy learning program. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will design multi-year leadership learning journeys that strengthen coaching, accountability, performance management, engagement, and succession readiness for leaders across the company –all while ensuring leadership development is scalable, aligned to business priorities, and integrated into day-to-day routines.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of experience in Learning & Development program management, operations, customer service, and sales enablement
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Be able to work effectively in a remote environment using remote communication and collaboration methods.
  • Be able to travel up to 10% of the time attending regional meetings and visiting field locations and in-person cohorts.

Nice To Haves

  • Wholesale distribution or decentralized business structure experience, preferred.
  • Have experience in leadership and organizational development with proven experience creating a leadership development program structure, multi-level leadership curricula, reinforcement models and overseeing instructional design.
  • Have experience creating an overall training program structure, implementing governance standards, and overseeing instructional design.
  • Possess a working knowledge of adult learning principles and how to apply them to facilitate engaging and practical learning for teammates.
  • Be familiar with eLearning authoring tools and digital content workflows (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia or similar) to scope, review, and quality-check learning assets.
  • Be able to collaborate on and assess learning program requirements and translate ideas into actionable and effective plans (via needs analysis, learning objectives, curriculum structure, assessments, reinforcement, etc.)
  • Be proficient at building alignment, managing expectations of key stakeholders, ensuring prioritization and adherence to schedules, and maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization including senior leaders.
  • Have strong reporting and data analysis skills and be able to track progress and measure the success of established KPIs. Possess advanced proficiency in Excel, proficiency in Power BI a plus.
  • Be comfortable working with and interpreting analytics and dashboards.
  • Be able to research, analyze data, address issues, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Possess a strong facilitation standards mindset. Be able to define “what good looks like” for delivery and learner experiences.

  • Represent the Learning Center at regional meetings, field visits, and in-person cohorts to strengthen alignment and gather insights.
  • Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
