Job Summary B&A is seeking an experienced Program Manager / Lead Engagement Manager to lead client engagements and manage cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes. This role serves as the central point of contact between internal consulting teams, senior leadership, and clients, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in program management, engagement management, or a related leadership role
  • Proven experience managing client-facing projects and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • US citizenship is required and the ability to obtain a CBP security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consulting teams, and senior leadership
  • Drive program strategy, planning, execution, and performance monitoring
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee resource allocation and team coordination to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams
  • Support business development efforts, including client relationship management and opportunity identification
