Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, program management, or client services.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and driving growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned key accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Create comprehensive account plans that align with client objectives and company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Oversee order management and fulfillment processes in collaboration with customer service teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure availability.
  • Track delivery processes and work closely with warehouse and transportation teams.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and implement process improvements.
  • Manage technical requests from clients or internal teams.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact client satisfaction.
  • Handle and resolve complex customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
