Is responsible for the evaluation and improvement of quality programs through facilitation and support of the annual strategic planning process for the program, achievement of growth goals for the program, and shared accountability for the achievement of quality, service, and financial performance goals for the program. Responsibility includes: Clinic Space Management, regularly update and monitor clinic space usage to enhance space utilization. New care center activation and renovation of care sites. Enhance and support the patient experience score. Building maintenance escalation and emergency management oversight
