Bill Wilson Center programs focus on housing, mental health care, supportive services, and advocacy. The Program Manager will provide supervisory oversight and management of Bill Wilson Center’s Interim Housing Program. Working closely with the Division Director, the Program Manager provides overall leadership and management of the Interim Housing day-to-day operations, including supervising program staff, developing and managing program budgets, creating, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures, supporting grant and contract compliance efforts, and ensuring seamless integration of services with other agency programs.
