Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing dependencies, risks, and execution across multiple teams and functions.
  • Comfort working in hybrid or remote environments, with availability for up to 25 percent travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integration programs, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource strategies to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate and align multiple functional workstreams, managing interdependencies and driving progress across teams.
  • Facilitate stand-ups, status updates, dependency reviews, and readiness assessments to maintain momentum and transparency.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating critical challenges and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Drive conflict resolution and trade-off decisions by working closely with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Track milestones, manage critical paths, and ensure timely delivery against program objectives.
