About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in order to interact with and present to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Be comfortable working in an unstructured environment where the day to day responsibilities are fluid.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project
Nice To Haves
- Engineering, Operations, Contracts or Financial lead experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the assigned project(s) to comply with cost, schedule and technical requirements and established company practices in order to meet project commitments
- Lead/coordinate input for proposals and participate in subsequent contract negotiations.
- Interface with finance managers, contracts managers, PEM's, CE's, OPM's, cost account managers, design and operations teams to manage programs
- Review and monitor metrics on the projects and provide support as required to the product area director
- Manage risks and opportunities
- Conduct bid reviews and phase reviews
- Coordinate training requirements
