The Program Manager II provides overall management and technical direction for assigned programs. This role is responsible for all aspects of program performance, including technical execution, contractual compliance, financial management, and administrative oversight. The position exercises independent judgment and advanced analytical skills to resolve complex technical, operational, and managerial challenges. Requirements

  • Approximately four (4) years of experience in program or project management or related field.
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical, financial, and administrative program components.
  • Experience preparing executive-level technical and financial reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience maintaining customer relationships and contractual compliance.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide management and technical direction to program personnel.
  • Assume full responsibility for program performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial components.
  • Manage all aspects of program activity to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and financial reports demonstrating program progress to Corporate management and customers.
  • Maintain direct customer contact to ensure conformity with contractual obligations.
  • Identify emerging requirements and provide proactive recommendations to Corporate leadership.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive Program Management Plan guiding all functional activities.
  • Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management efforts.
  • Exercise independent judgment in resolving complex program challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
