About The Position

Join our Produce organization to drive strategic programs that optimize our produce business from end to end. In this role, you will tackle challenging problems related to product quality, sourceability, seasonal product lifecycles, and emerging retail technologies that enhance both distribution and store-level operations. You will leverage your data analysis capabilities to identify trends, develop strategic solutions, and collaborate across functional boundaries to deliver measurable improvements. Requirements

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize complex, cross-functional program lifecycles within the Produce business
  • Define new programs with clear scope and objectives, analyze business and operations data to identify trends, and implement improvements quantified by specific metrics.
  • Lead weekly and monthly meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration across merchandising, operations, technology, and store teams.
  • Apply relevant tools, including Excel and SQL, to track program progress and measure effectiveness against defined goals and timelines.
  • Develop strategic documents and presentations that clearly communicate program status, results, and recommended changes in strategy to stakeholders at various levels.
