As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. A Materials Program Manager on the Raxium team is a collaborative and resourceful asset with a strong track record of supply chain operations management. Success requires a well-rounded individual contributor who can navigate an ambiguous and fast-paced organization, balance over-sight of multiple programs and priorities, and is capable of deep tactical engagement. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to enable on-time delivery for complex uLED products. You will need to take initiative, communicate effectively, and be courageous enough to challenge the status quo. Your expertise in the areas of material planning and fulfillment will be critical for optimizing the manufacturing plan, meeting schedules, exception management and root cause analysis. You will work closely with supply planning, logistics and engineering to oversee material execution. You are a key enabler to support the volume ramp of new technology to our global partners. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in Bill of Materials (BOM), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and materials management.
  • Experience using SAP and ariba for supply chain operations, including purchase order management, projecting inventory levels and forecasting.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working within a compound semiconductor wafer fab or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in inventory management, Purchase Order (PO) entry.
  • Track record in supply chain and operations procedure improvement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of receiving/return-to-vendor transactions, and the ability to document new processes for engineering and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive material readiness for micro-LED display prototypes and mass production builds by collaborating with suppliers, planning teams, and strategic sourcing to ensure on-time delivery of raw materials across all manufacturing phases.
  • Serve as the primary material interface between engineering, planning, and external vendors to manage product bring-up and launch, resolve receiving or accounts payable discrepancies, and manage escalations.
  • Drive the adoption of infrastructure for improved traceability and efficiency in alignment with long-term OKRs, while developing scalable processes to ensure on-time delivery and supply base mitigation.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, support cost reduction programs, and manage budget expectations through forecasting and reconciliation with planning forecasts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Monitor demand and supply metrics critical to quality, utilizing ERP systems and advanced spreadsheet modeling to project output, manage inventory levels, and prevent bottlenecks across all suppliers.
