As a Program Manager II for Graduate Medical Education, you will oversee and advance multiple projects, guiding assignments through each phase of delivery. In this role, you will work closely with the Program Directors for the ACGME Rheumatology Fellowship and the Vasculitis Fellowship Program and you will oversee all medical trainees rotating through the Rheumatology Department. You will also collaborate with the Director on key projects and support CME-related educational events for the MSI Institute. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This is a hybrid role after the 90-day new-hire period, with the possibility to work from home 1–2 days per week. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience
  • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.
  • Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between the department, outside communities, residents, Program Directors and GME to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Participate in budgetary processes.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
  • Maintain the fellow education calendar, track rotation schedules, evaluations and progression throughout the fellowship.
  • Manage MedHub responsibilities with accurate and timely documentation.
  • Communicate with Program Directors, attendings and fellows to support program needs and serve as the primary liaison for program operations.
  • Provide CME oversight for MSI, including coordination of related educational activities and documentation.
