As Program Manager for the Graduate Medical Education (GME) department, you will oversee and maintain key initiatives that support the department’s mission, including educational programs in Head and Neck Education and oversight of Fellowship programs. In this role, you will develop systems and procedures that enhance patient care within the Cleveland Clinic, while gaining extensive hands-on experience and opportunities to advance your skills. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with trainees and program directors, supporting the Cleveland Clinic’s mission to educate and develop the next generation of healthcare professionals through cornerstone educational efforts. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This is a hybrid role after the 90-day new-hire period, with the possibility to work from home 1–2 days per week.
