Requirements

Experience as a Program Manager in manufacturing and delivery of production products
Hands-on experience developing and executing test plans to test production items for environmental and operational test events
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to correspond with clients, team members
At least a bachelor’s with 10-years’ experience as a Manufacturing Program Manager, preferably a master’s with 15 years’ experience

Responsibilities

Develop production schedules to ensure manufacturing process is efficient
Budget management tracking and confirming cost/delivery schedules are within budget
Set and maintain product quality standards and ensure all safety and health standards are met
Support and provide guidance to projection team
Manage risks including assessment and mitigation strategies for resolution
Develop and execute test plans to test production items for environmental and operational test events
